After obtaining a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Tulsa, I received my initial massage therapy training at Touch Concepts, Inc., a Massage and Bodywork Training Center and Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have been practicing bodywork for 24 years.  A professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as well as Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, pregnancy massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and aromatherapy. I often utilize a combination of modalities to help my clients reach their optimal health.

My practice currently consists of home visits- I come to you! Or, if you are interested in chair massage for an office event, I will travel to your work place.
